With this in mind, we have launched four Employee Resource Groups (ERG) across the areas of: gender equality, families, military personnel, and disability inclusion. The ERGs have provided a safe space for us to connect, to bond and to be heard.  

We believe that supporting parents in the workplace not only benefits our employees, but also the future of our communities. Partior has been named by the Centre for Fathering as one of Singapore’s ‘Great Companies for Dads’, an award we received from President Halimah Yacob at the Centre for Fathering Charity Ball on 10 February. We are also honoured to be an NS Mark (Gold) Accredited Employer for our commitment to Singapore’s National Service and Total Defence and to be conferred the National Service (NS) Advocate Award for SMEs, the highest national accolade that recognises organisations for their outstanding support towards strengthening the defence of our nation.

Beyond work, we create space for employees to pursue their interests and give back to the community through our regular workplace well-being and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
