SOOHO.IO and Partior Partner to Connect Korean Financial Institutions to Live Global Settlement Rails
Strategic collaboration links SOOHO.IO’s Ezys platform to Partior’s live settlement rails, streamlining cross-border transactions for Korean financial institutions.
SEOUL, South Korea, August 26, 2026 — SOOHO.IO, the leading innovator in digital financial infrastructure, and Partior, the live global settlement network for USD, SGD and EUR, today announced they have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU). The partnership will enable Ezys, an open network aggregating multiple liquidity sources for direct trading built by SOOHO.IO, to settle cross-border, multi-currency payments on Partior’s network of tokenised deposits.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to connect Korea’s deposit-token-based financial infrastructure to global payment networks and build next-generation infrastructure for multi-currency settlement. Ezys is designed to interface with multiple global financial institutions, automatically comparing exchange rates and transaction terms to match the optimal transaction route, with settlement executed on Partior and other global rails. Partior provides a network of tokenised deposits that reduces the settlement delays and opaque cost structures that arise when transactions pass through multiple correspondent banks, delivering a faster, more transparent cross-border payment framework.
This collaboration links South Korea’s deposit-token infrastructure directly to global payment rails. SOOHO.IO’s Ezys platform automatically evaluates exchange rates and transaction terms across global financial institutions to select optimal routing, with settlement executed via Partior. By utilizing Partior’s network of tokenized deposits, the framework complements existing correspondent banking chains to deliver real-time, low-cost multi-currency settlement.
The initiative brings SOOHO.IO's accumulated experience in building digital-currency-based financial infrastructure, including its participation in Project Hangang, the Bank of Korea’s central bank digital currency (CBDC) trial with Partior’s live production network, which settles commercial cross-border volumes 24/7 for globally systemically important banks across major currencies. Together, the partnership provides Korean institutions an enterprise-grade pathway to extend their existing payment infrastructure into global markets.
"It is meaningful to enter into this partnership with Partior, a company that is rewriting the rules of global finance, on the basis of a deep technical and commercial alignment between us," said Jisoo Park, CEO of SOOHO.IO. "Together with Partior and Korean commercial banks, we will complete a global financial pipeline that allows tokenised deposits to be cleared and settled as quickly and securely as possible within a rigorous compliance environment."
"Korea is at the forefront of digital financial innovation, and we are excited to partner with SOOHO.IO to seamlessly connect its domestic ecosystem to global payment rails," said Humphrey Valenbreder, CEO of Partior. "By connecting SOOHO.IO’s Ezys to a network already settling live commercial volumes across major currencies, we are demonstrating how Korean banks can plug into infrastructure that is operating today, not just a future roadmap. This extends our commitment to an interoperable ecosystem that optimises liquidity and lowers barriers to entry across global markets."
