Joanna Khoo oversees People Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility at Partior, and aims to foster a work environment that is both productive and inclusive while promoting employee engagement.

She has been instrumental in positioning Partior as an employee of choice, and has led the start-up to win several awards, including the: Great Companies for Dads Award, and the National Service (NS) Advocate Award for SMEs.

Joanna demonstrates her HR expertise and passion for creating a positive workplace culture by also spearheading CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, health wellness, and recreation activities. Most recently, Joanna was selected as the winner of QuickHR’s Women of Excellence Award 2023 for her achievements in HR and as an inspiration to other women at work and in her community.

On a personal front, Joanna is recognised by Singapore Kindness Movement, National Council of Social Service and has been featured by the local media for her contributions to social services. In her spare time, Joanna volunteers to help distressed families and victims of crime, demonstrating her strong sense of compassion and dedication to making a positive impact.
